Where is the carnival? What are the hours?
St. Charles is located at 2500 Branch Pike (the intersection of Branch Pike and Pomona Road) in Cinnaminson, NJ. Visit the Directions & Information page to learn more.
The carnival opens at 6pm and runs until 11pm nightly between Monday and Saturday. Kiddie carnival hours are Friday from 12pm to 4pm.
How much does admission to the carnival cost?
There is no admission charge to the St. Charles Carnival. Food and games are paid when you play or purchase them. Rides use advance tickets or credits that can be purchased from on-site kiosks and can be used the entire week.
Can I stay on site between Kiddie Carnival and the evening carnival start time on Friday?
The carnival closes after the completion of Kiddie Carnival and will reopen at 6pm.
Cost
How much money should I bring?
Games start at $1 and are cash only.
Large attractions like the Food Tent, Mega 50/50, Rides and others accept credit cards. ATMs are also available on site.
How many ride tickets do I need?
Rides vary between 4 and 6 credits/tickets per rider. We are using bands this year. Amusement Rides of America kiosks will be available throughout the grounds to purchase and load bands. The kiosks accept credit cards, debit cards and even cash! Keep in mind cash purchases are exact change only as the kiosks do not dispense change. The kiosks will give you a band with ride credits that can be used the entire week. Unfortunately, once the carnival is over the ride credits disappear so budget accordingly. The same kiosk bands will work in conjunction with Tuesday Unlimited Rides and the Friday Kiddie Carnival by scanning your band and loading the unlimited ride pass for that day onto your band.
We will still be selling advance ride tickets which do not expire up to the afternoon before carnival opens. They are not available online, locations you can purchase advanced tickets are coming soon. Tickets can be used at all rides in lieu of the ride credits on your band.
Security & Safety
Can I bring my backpack? What about my dog?
Dogs, backpacks, bikes, alcohol, weapons, and unlawful or dangerous items should be left at home as they are not permitted at the carnival.
Service animals are permitted.
We take your safety seriously and have security, police, and medical professionals on site to ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone..
